BLUE提出的新方案以酒店，办公和商住混合开发为主，建筑总面积将达到500，000平方米。方案将地块与滨水景观带及周边社区重新连接，适宜步行的内部商业公园给社区带来无限的活力。

BLUE proposes a new neighborhood that works the unique qualities of a site ,providing a hig-hly walkable and dynamic community while linking riverside and adjacency neighborhoods, which promote the land value of this region.

这个新兴的商业中心将成为数千位鹤壁居民的新家园，作为城市对中心公共空间开发的典范，推动商业居住空间活力的投入和提升，从而增强了未来城市发展的信心。

What is currently an enormous parking lot is set to become a new home to thousands of citizen . As center of commerce and retail, and a major open space that builds upon the city’s reinvestment in the city center and its public spaces,while acting as a catalyst for underserved parts of the city. inorder to provide self-confidence in future.

BLUE的设计方案增强了整个滨水新区之间的联系，重新定义了各个不同功能间的责任，优化的交通与景观体系让游人可以在这个鹤壁的新中心区域随意行走，带来更强劲的吸引力。

Blue’s design proposal is to enhance the contact between the waterfront district, redefine the responsibility of each different function, the optimization of traffic and landscape system to let visitors walk in this new commercial center area of hebi, bring more strong attraction.
